Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Forced to Give up Bedroom

The ''effiencey '' is an actual bedroom with a door leading to the main house ,my leased portion .The three bedroom has been converted to a 2/1 and the third room now has a kitchette and restroom and a back door leading to the outdoors.that makes two doors ,however the lease makes no mention of this as a potential for another resident .it merely states our names as tenants and our address ,yet she is insisting and demanding the use .My landlord and I are currently in dispute over utlities ,that are in her name for the benefit of tax purpose and morgtage modification.we pay the bill to her directly and she allowed our electric service to be interupted for failure to pay ,although we paid and have the reciept .When confronted she sent a terribly nasty letter refusing to allow us service in our name as per lease agreement states ''tenants must convert the bill upon move in''.My rent is current and I have sent a certified letter of intent to resolve the matter in addition to all other issue's the issue of the effficiency is a problem ,afterall the proposed tenant would use our electric and she wants us to pay for it.I have contacted the Fl dept of consumer service's so that I am conducting myself in a legal way.

Thank you for your respon
