Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
foreclosed property w/tenant
When a home that is being foreclosed is occupied by a tenant, who is not party to the action, how long can the tenant occupy the home after the court grants a summary final judgement of foreclosure? How long are they usually given to find a new place to live?

Re: foreclosed property w/tenant
You will still be a tenant until the forclosure sale and then you are subject to eviction.
