Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
A friend allowed a person to become a roommate in the home that she rents. This has been over the past 4 months (ish) and there is no paperwork at all. She wants him to leave and he won't stating squatters rights. The state is Florida. How is easy (or otherwise) is it to make him move? She is not the owner of the home.

Not necessarily easy. Did he pay rental? if no rental ever paid or agreed upon, an ejectment action would need to be filed. She would need to supply a copy of her entitlement to rent the home that she is in. She needs an attorney to assist in the process.
