Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

We let some friends move in because they got kicked out of their house. It was a short term move in agreement that they would be out by July 1st 2010. I want to procede with a 30 day notice so that it doesnt have to go to court. They are not on the lease. I rent the house from the home owner. I actually broke the lease by letting them move in. I want to minimize any problems that could come out of it from my land lord. What can I do? I did not get them to sign anything saying that they would be out by July 1st either. Ive researched it online but everything is for Tenant and Lease holder kind of situations.

having no lease meansyou are renting on a month to month basis. Send them notice to be out by July 1st. Send it certified mail return receipt requested. If they do not honor the notice, then use it as your eviction notice and file an action attaching it as exhibit A that they were given notice.
