Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Garnish wages to ex-tenant?
I recently evicted a tenant for non-payment. He owes me $ 2900 from back rent and caused several damages on my property estimated about $1200. I know his place of employment. Is it possible to garnish his wages and how likely is it to be granted by a court? Please Help. Thanks

You must first obtain a court judgment
based on your lease.
