Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

My girlfriend is trying to kick me out of her condo cause we had an argument. Im not on the lease or anything, she owns the place. ive been giving her 600 a month for 2 years and now she wants me to leave immediately with no place to go. do i have to leave right away or do i have time to find a place?

If you have been paying rent, you don't need to leave immediately -- especially if you are in the period for which you have paid. 30 days notice.
