Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
My grown son has lived with me for 3 1/2 years. I've supported him all that time. He's never paid rent. He went to New Mexico for six weeks and during that time I e-mailed him (I have copies) that he could not come back here to live. Now he's back and is refusing to leave saying I have to give him 30 days notice. How do I get him out? I don't want to call the police unless I have no other choice.
