Hello i have and hearing voming up for writ of possesion my landlord accepted parttial rent payments from me and i dint even know an eviction was started i already submited my bank statments that confirms the transfers what should i expect at the hearing

As of 7/1/13 the landlord is allowed to accept partial payments and still evict for non payment if there is rental still due. Be prepared to move.
