can i be held liabable for a renter in my home
I a student in her senior year in high school living in my home who just turned 18 years old she is a friend of the family. I have been told that I shouldn't let her drive because if she is a accident my home could be sued. Is that true?

Depends on whose car she is driving. If yours, you are liable, if hers, you are not.
