Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Hi I own my home ,and my friend ask me if I can let his friend stay for a month he will give me $400 I sad OK ,now refuses to leave or pay rent .what can I do ,its being 2 1/2 month now ????

You have to evict him. You would need to give a 3 day notice to pay or get out OR you can terminate the lease with 15 days notice. If he does not leave you would need to file an eviction action
