Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I have a home in Vegas that is being used as a short term vacation rental that has a caretaker living in the pool house. I wanted to remove her because I've had a guest complain about possible theft along with some other concerns that are impacting the business.
I am going through the licensing process & have learned that she is not a legal property manager.
Can someone advise me on the legal requirements? She has paid a deposit and utilities, but cleans the main house in exchange for a place to live.
