Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
My husband and I have lived in his home for 9 years, he passed away in August and the house now is owned by a daughter, I am trying to move but am 82 and it is taking a while, she wants me out of the house (she has two siblings who passed away 3 years ago which makes her sole owner. Can she come to the door unannounced and order me out?

Not enough facts to answer your inquiry. Seek some legal advice. She cannot demand your exit no matter what. She can sue to remove you though.
