Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Me and my husband just moved in appartments complex in Jacksonvile, Fl and neighbors above us every single day throw pet poop out of there balcony infront of our badroom windows/ We are living on a first floor and smell of this litter is horrible. we have a 6 month baby and we cant even open a window because of this smell. We have been talking to landlord managment 5 times and they keep telling us that they will talk to them and send them a letter and so on but yet we see every day the same thing going on. Please tell us how to handle this problem right and have them to stop doing this. thank you beforhand.

Your landlord has a duty to maintain safety and health conditions. You may need to hire an attorney to contact your landlord and remind him of his responsibility. You may also want to explore the possibility of moving, in the event that he fails to stop the problem.
