my husband and i paid our son in law and daughter to put our RV on there land to live, my son in law kicked me off the land and my husband did not object and now i have no where to live, is this legal

Your son in law can evict you from his property, unless you have a lease, or can prove that there was some sort of contractual agreement between the two of you. If you own 1/2 of the RV, you should file for divorce, and ask the court to award you your share of the value of the RV in the divorce. Be sure to ask the court to award everything else that you may be entitled to, as it doesn't sound like you are going to get much help from your husband or your daughter in the future.
