Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
My husband recently lost his job and we are unable to continue living where we are because we cannot afford our rent. Are we lible to be pursued legally by my landlord?

Read your lease as to your responsibility. Is their a termination clause? If not, the Landlord could sue for the rent due until he re-rents.

You are likely responsible for some portion of the rental you have not paid .The lease agreement does control this.
