Husband Didn't Sign Lease
We have been renting a home for 4 months now. I signed a lease with the landlord but my husband didn't sign it. Someone told us that the lease is no good because we both did not sign the lease and are both living there. Is this true? If so what do we need to do?

It is not true. If you signed the lease and the landlord signed the lease you have a valid lease, unless the lease document itself states that it must be signed by both you and your husband.
