Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Ok, my husband signed a apartment lease agreement with 2 other tenants about 3 years ago. 3 months into the lease 2 of the tenants broke the lease and just left. That left my husband with all of the rent payment which he could not pay on his own. He was then evicted because of non payment leaving him homeless. Now we are here 3 years later...paying off the apartment complex through a collections company. Once the bill has been settled, can we take the 2 other tenants who refused to pay to civil court to be reimbursed for there liablity to the contract? We live in Florida

Yes. You could sue the other two tenants to try and collect for their part under the lease.
