intimidation to renew lease
My apartment complex has been stating since Feb. that unless I renew now, my apartment might not be available when my lease ends, which is July 30th. Can they rent my apartment out from under me?

Yes, unless the lease gives you the automatic right to renew.

Unless you have a right to renew in the lease, they are not obligated to do so and can rent the apartment "out from under you." Check the terms of your lease.
