I live with my girlfriend and served her with a temporary domestic violence injuction for cutting me with a butcher knife.She was served and had to leave the apartment that day.I am not on the lease agreement but i can prove i have been there for a year paying bills and receiving mail like the comcast is in my name and i write her checks for rent.The next day she served me the victim with a amended temporary injunction and got me thrown out on the spot. how can and what do i do to show she falsefied the documents about me not living there

She did not falsify anything. Her name is on the lease - not you. Therefore the apartment is hers. I suggest you cut off the comcast and move on.
