In January i purchased a black Honda. i moved to a new apartment 3 months ago. 2 weeks into my stay here my car was broken into. I did not have the money to repair the window. The property manager had my car towed what can i do?

file a report with your insurance company. Have them sue the management for falsely obtaining your property - unless that is in the lease. but most of all, you should have some rights to safe parking as they provide you a space with your unit.
