Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Does the Judge have to dismiss a tenant eviction if the landlord did not satisfy strict compliance with legal requirements and federal regulation? Broward County, FL. My hearing is tomorrow morning. I have an atty from Legal Aid because I dont have an income. Im sorry I cant pay, but could someone please help? thank you

The legal requirements for an eviction to be granted must be followed. There are no federal regulation unless the housing is governed by some federal program.Your legal aid attorney should be able to respond to your questions.
