Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
If a judge makes a decision that you don't owe money to a landlord when you lose your job and have to move out, but you are unaware of the decision, but the landlord knows about it and sends a debt collector after you and you pay $1,000. Can you get the money back if you take him to court? Also this same landlord went to court and sued me for the remainder of the money by making up lies about leaving furniture in the apartment and damage that didn't happen and trash in the yard.

Not enough facts to really answer your inquiries. Seek some legal help with all your paperwork. If you paid money for one reason but potentially owed it for another reason you may not get it back.
