I justed signed a lease for an apartment for 12months it has only been 2 months and I would like to get out of this lease but can't afford $1500 fee, what happens if I just walk away?

They will probably get a judgment against you and your credit report will be affected by that. I suggest you try talking to the leaseholder and find if you can resolve this without having a suit against you. You might could sublease the unit if your lease approves of it. You don't state why you want to break the lease - if you have a valid reason against the leaseholder, you might could do that - need more info.
