Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Keeping Security Deposit

My tenant was on a month to month and moved out of the apartment without my knowledge with no written or verbal notice. I found out on the 13th of the month when I called to collect rent. Place was left dirty, rent was late many times during the lease, more than one person lived on the premises during the lease even though the lease said one person. Do I have a right to keep the security depaosit (equal to one month's rent) as final month's rent for not being given notice of tenant moving out?
