If I have been living with someone for

3months, can they kick me out with just a

half day notice if my name is not on the

lease?

It depends on whether you have a lease or not. If they have just been letting you stay there out of the goodness of their heart, they can kick you out with less than a half day's notice. If you have a lease and you are paying rent, then more notice is required.
