ex land lord wants me to pay him 200 dollors for clean up after i moved be cause the septis tank has plywood top over 10 years old(i did not know prior to movin in) power comp. man walked in back yard and fell in,real bad septic leak under house, my deposit payment was us cleaning the house before we move in,now he says it will costs us much more then 200 dollors before its over because i wont pay him.does he have a leagel leg to stand on or should i pay him 200 dollors i am not sure hat i should do
