Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Landlord has given me a14 day notice to leave home after attempting to get a/c unit replaced as 3a/c techinicians quoted the landlord to replace. I have high blood pressure &diabetes plus, live with a 78year old who also has high blood pressure & is immobile. What legal rights do I have? Since I am unale to just get up & move?
