Landlord Is Trying To Over Charge

I've paid my lastmonths rent, and security. My lease is up as of the end of this month. My landlord is trying to charge me for rent for this month (although it's been paid for last month) and does not seem to want to give us our security deposit back.

I have little money. I need some advice. How much would a counsel cost? Should I just call Help Me Howard? She's trying to evict us for already paid rent.

Look at your lease. It may provide for attorney fee payment.
