Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
the landlord claims that after we moved out the damage done in the apt was 4000 dollars worth.we can prove it not being accurate with pictures.what to do if it comes to the court?the reason we moved out were big roaches and mold.we have a little baby living with us

You wait to see what happens and save the pictures. You challenge the conclusions the landlord has reached and seek discovery including any and all evidence that the landlord has to support the alleged damages.
