Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

What can you do if your landlord enters your house after an eviction has been served but your 5 days response has not ended. Also the water was turned off.

The LL may not enter for any purpose other than normal (such as during your tenancy for emergency or noticed maintenance). The LL may NOT turn off the water, and you may be entitled to treble damages (or 3 month's rent) for that. Email me as I may be able to help.
