landlord failed to keep his end then has attorney file for 24 hour eviction is there anything i can do?
someone told me i could sue because he stoped postal service 2 days after court and costing me 1500 by backing out of agreement

sorry but this does not have enough facts to actually answer a question. there is no such thing as a 24 hour eviction. eviction starts with a 3 day notice of non payment and than filing an eviction action with a 5 days summons. after a judgment is entered the sheriff posts a writ of possession and will remove you potentially in 24 hours.
