Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Landlord won't fix broken ac although in the lease it states she is responsible. I have a two month old baby, it is way to hot in the apartment can I break the lease since my landlord is not living up to her duities written on our lease

You should first comply with FS 83 regarding repairs and paying rent into court.
