Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I'm a landlord in Florida that recently evicted a tenant due to non-payment of rent. Writ of possession is issued and the house was turned over to me; but there has been no payment of rent handed to me for those months they were living in the house. They've also stolen property and damaged property after leaving the property. What am I to do?

You can sue for damages now. Also you can impose lien in security deposit if you follow the statute.

You can start an action for rent owed and damages. Do they have assets to pay any judgment? Did they pay last months rent in advance? Did yo collect a security deposit for damages?
