Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I am a Landlord & I found a bong & smelled Marajuana in the house I am renting out. We rented out to 4 college students & we have a lease that states in general that smoking is not allowed. What do I do? What are my rights as the landlord?

evict them on violation of the lease.
