Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
My landlord gave us a 15 day notice to move out. We have not broken our lease agreement and he did not give a reason although I believe he wishes to sell. After the first year our lease went month to month and he is paid in full up to the end of the current month. Do I really have to move out in 15 days or do I have any recourse?

Go see the landlord. You should be fine until the end of the month, but go and speak with him or her.
