Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
my landlord gave me a notice that i have to leave immediatley...on a sunday..in florida......which i think i have atleast 3 days to come up with the money...excluding weekends and holidays.....is it illegal for him to serve me this notice in such a manner???????

To be effective as a notice to pay or vacate, he has to give you three days notice. He can give you that notice on a Sunday. If you dont pay and the notice is effective, he can then sue for eviction and serve you with a 5 day summons that tells you you have to pay the money into the court registry or a judgment will be evicted.
