Can landlord give 3 day notice (FL) for July after entering into verbal contract to use security deposit for July rent? PLZ HELP **********************

7/5 landlord makes verbal agrmnt w/ husband and I to use security for July rent. Had me make the document which he's had me do before. I email & send exec. vers via docusign. Reasons- he didn't care about it, house is infested, termites ruined all our stuff, & "blacks" ruining the area so he didn't care. 7/18 get 3 day notice w/ future date Aug 1. Tells me he changed mind if I don't pay July & Aug rent by Aug 1 will be evicted "I can do whatever I want" I remind home is infested, stuff destroyed, he agreed, sent rent addendum. "I never signed it" Remind he repeatedly told us he knew it was infested after renting to us and we have verbal contract. "Sue me idc" He tries to hang up. Tell him I documented it all, got witnesses, got his racial slurs, him admitting to termites, verbal contract, 100%. He gets upset and tells me he's bz call tmrw. I ask when we can meet told I can't he's bz call only. My husband is VERY sick I'm FT caregiver. Been trapped here 2 yrs. Had nice stuff now all destroyed. Termite season over he wants us out to get new suckers. Husbands SSA hearing next mo if we lose home he ... can't live w/o breathing machine PLZ HELP ME (youtube= slumlord victims -pic w/ net)
