What do I do, if my landlord has come into my home more then once, while I've been away, and hand no prior knowledge until I found the notes

Your lease controls access to your home. The landlord also would have the right to enter when you are not there due to an emergency or perceived emergency. If you feel violated, i would discuss it with the landlord so he/she knows that this is not acceptable.
