Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
My landlord has just informed me that the property iam living in has been in foreclosure and that the new owners,bank or who ever will not give me notice,so I will have to vacate the property,is that the case? or will bank people notify me and do I get some kind of time,30 days or so to move out? she told them she has a tenant,iam in a duplex,only 1 side is occupied,by me,I have no lease w her,what do i do?

get the details about the case number to check at the courthouse. when the property is actually foreclosed (sold) you must leave, unless the new owners give you permission to stay. Ther sale daye will be set by the court.
