Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

our landlord has not been making payments on the mortgage now the house we are renting is in the process of being foreclosed on we cant save to move and pay the landlords rent at the same time they owe $5,000 and we pay them $1,000 a month in rent we have lived here going on 2 years they have not made any payments since april 2009

You must continue to pay rent as long as you live there. period.

You are not allowed to live there for free just because the house is in foreclosure.
