Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

landlord was going to move there belongings ouy of house before i moved in 3 months ago they have come and got very little of there stuff it is taking up all the garage a car in the car port and one full bedroom in the house also some stuff in living rm. they have rented me the whole property and after three months there stuff is still here.what can i do wiyh the stuff?

Tell them to get it out or negotiate a reduced rent because ou are not getting what you agreed to.
