Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Landlord said i owed rent for Nov and Jan.I have always paid rent,but never got a receipt,but I did provide courts with my bank records in my 5 day anwser also motion to determine rent plus 200.00 for jan.The reply back i got was to deposit money for Dec.,Jan.,and Feb.I already put Feb rent into court.Dec.rent my daughter went and took rent money out and paid Landlord,I was there plus my daughters friend it was on the 4 of Dec cause that was my BDay.I paid Nov and Dec,but I am trying to figure out why Judge did not see i put money in for Jan.,and why he put Dec.the only thing I can think of is that he thought the Landlord meant Nov.can he do that.3 day notice said I owed 300.00,Eviction Complaint said Nov and Jan i owed for rent which is 200.00 a month.Is there anything wrong here.

To get a hearing on the issues, you have to pay all the rental to the court registry. when you have your hearing if you can prove you paid periods which theyclaim are due, than you will get that money back from the registry.
