Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I am the landlord asking if I need to reduce the rent for a rat problem that was worked on with vigor, using a rat extraction company from day one. It took longer than I would have liked, because it had babies. The problem has been resolved and area, garage and laundry room, cleaned very well where they inhabited.

Only if the problem reduced the space that was usable. Your lease should also address this issue. Seek some legal guidance. BTW wherever there is one rat, there are always more
