landlord refusal to change rusted tub/shower

My wife and I rent an apartment in which the landlord has not replaced a leaking, rusted tub/shower for 2-3 months. We have been told that they would replace the tub twice and each time were given different excuses as to why this could not take place. Our lease expires in 2 1/2-3 months. I have left messages with the leasing office twice, and gotten no response. What options do I have?
