Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

my landlord rented my family and i a mobile home that had a mildew issue and multiple issues inside the house that were told to us would be fixed within the first week we were here. It has been 6 months and they have not fixed anything and have been harassing us. Now we have BLACK MOLD and are sick. the code inspector said that the house should have never been rented to us and should be condemned. this past saturday we recieved in the mail eviction papers from the landlords girlfriend not the landlord himself. we have went to the county for help but everything is still in limbo, what can we do?

File suit against the landlord using the report from the health dept as to the mold and that it should never have been rented. Attach all medical bills and ask for damages, future expenses for illness etc.
