Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
landlord repairs
i have a small business. my landlord has in my lease agreement that I am responsible for all repairs. things like a/c, roofing, etc. i thought this was his responsibility. Am i right or wrong?

repairs are one thing, structural improvements something else. It depends on what you signed.
