Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
are landlord responsible for their tenants?
There is a rental house in my neighborhood and since this woman has moved in her teenage son and his friends have cause more problems than you could imagine. They have broken into several of our houses and been caught...but because they are juveniles nothing happens. They are harassing the neighboirs in many ways and there seems to be no parental guidence. I have called the property owners once but they seem to be uninterested. Are they liable for their tenants actions?

You must document your complaints in writing. your lease should provide for your quiet enjoyment of the premises and your remedies.
