Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

my landlord is selling the condo I now rent. I just signed my new lease July to July. Now, can my new landlord change my lease....raise my rent...etc. OR have to wait till the lease I have now needs renewed.

Your current lease controls. No changes can be made. Only upon renewal can changes or cancellation occur, assuming your lease does not provide otherwise.
