Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Landlord selling house in midst of lease
Signed a yr's lease in August 2006. Landlord just advised selling house, on the market tomorrow. What are my rights as to my tenancy here? Can the new owners make my family and I leave before lease is up? If so, what notice is required?

Unless your lease provides otherwise, new owner takes subject to your lease.
