my landlord served me with a three day notice on the three day notice he added the late fee i only have the rent and he is willing to take it but wants the late fee by friday if give him the rent and on friday i do not have the late fees what can happen i can pay the late fee next week

If he accepts money prior to filing an eviction action - then he has waived his opportunity and must start again.
